Marketing Associate/Assistant

Job Duties






  • Expand customer base and sales per customer with product and service offers
  • Drive revenue by assisting and executing marketing best practices (e.g. web site content, email campaigns, CRM, follow-up, and more)
  • Follow up customer opportunities/samples/quotes by email, web, phone, and other channels
  • Generate sales reports for the management team to gain opportunity insights and win new business.
  • Identify and target new customers for marketing campaigns
  • On-site role, answer phone, clerical tasks, etc., 



  • Legal to work in United States
  • Must have a bachelor degree or higher
  • Punctual and professional at all times
  • Excellent written skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • "Can Do" attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to wear any hat as needed to get the job done
  • Self-starter, willing to learn the industry and grow with the role






  • Marketing/Sales Experience
  • Ability to design, create content and oversee production of marketing materials and customer touch points
  • Website content and design experience/knowledge
  • Email campaign experience
  • Data/Contact list management
