Description:
The S-Ab401.1 mAb is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody against the Receptor binding domain (RBD) of the Spike (S) protein of SARS-CoV-2. It can potently block RBD binding ACE2 receptor and neutralize SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus. It was produced by transfection of 293F cells and purification with Protein A chromatography.
